Cross Organizational Protocols
⚔️ NYCYDC Inter-Organizational Challenge Protocol ⚔️

(Official Governing Procedure — Version 1.0)

In the event that an external organization (team, club, or dueling body) wishes to issue a formal challenge to the New York City Yu-Gi-Oh Dueling Club, the following procedures must be observed and upheld in full:

📜 I. Formal Challenge Submission

All challenges must be submitted formally to the Head of NYCYDC.

The challenge must be delivered via email or written post
The document must be presented in formal parchment-style format
It must include:
The official name and header of the challenging organization
A clear declaration of challenge
Proposed format of battle (e.g., 1v1, 3v3, Team Duel, etc.)

This establishes honor, seriousness, and legitimacy of the challenge.

🤝 II. Leadership Council & Terms of Engagement

Upon receipt of the challenge:

A formal discussion must take place between:

The Head of NYCYDC
The Leader of the challenging organization

This meeting may occur in person or via phone, and must define the following:

Who will participate (number of duelists)
What format will be used
When the challenge will take place
Where the duel will occur
Why (stakes, purpose, or title if applicable)
How the matches will be conducted and judged

⚖️ Territory Rule:
If NYCYDC is the challenged party, the battleground will be chosen by NYCYDC.

Once all terms are agreed upon, both leaders will formally confirm the challenge with a handshake.

🛡️ III. Representation & Attire

On the day of the challenge:

Both leaders must be present
Both leaders must appear in full representative attire of their organization
(Example: NYCYDC official shirt or uniform)

Each leader must arrive with their selected champions ready for battle.

⚔️ IV. Champion Selection & Battle Structure

Each organization will present its champions.

Example Format (3 vs 3):

Each side selects 3 duelists
Each duel is conducted individually
Victory is determined by total match wins

📊 Victory Condition:

The organization with the most winning champions is declared the victor

⚖️ Tie-Breaker Clause:

In the event of a tie, a final duel will take place between both leaders
Each leader may choose any deck of their choosing
👑 V. NYCYDC Defensive Protocol

When NYCYDC is challenged on its home ground:

The Head of NYCYDC, known as Adrian Michael Sage Fox, will:
Formally greet the opposing leader and their team
Receive and acknowledge their champions
Following this:
The Head will call forth members of the Council of the Elite
Three champions will be chosen to answer the challenge
Their names will be declared before all उपस्थित

This act signifies honor, readiness, and the defense of NYCYDC territory.

🤲 VI. Code of Conduct & Honor
All duels must conclude with a handshake
Respect is mandatory at all times
Leaders are responsible for maintaining order and discipline
No disruption, unsportsmanlike behavior, or dishonor will be tolerated
